What is Physical Therapy?

When the normal developmental process is interrupted by medical conditions, injuries and/or congenital conditions, typical development is affected and requires specialized treatment to facilitate maximal potential.

• Our therapists, who specialize in pediatric treatment, work side by side with parents, teachers, daycares and physicians to develop optimal programming for each and every child. Depending on your child’s needs, he/she may receive Occupational, Physical or Speech therapy services.

• All treatment is facilitated through play in a sensory, child- friendly environment. You do not have to be diagnosed with a Sensory Integration Disorder to receive therapy at Sensory Link. Your child can still enjoy the facility as he/she works on traditional treatment routines.
